If they don’t have it, they can get it, if they can’t get it, you don’t need it. No big box mentality here. Nana, Trish and the rest of the family are just the BEST! "

The old days and the new

"Before all of the fancy department stores like Walmart, people shopped the mom-pop places like Win Car. Those big stores have lost that personality and customer care, they are just hallow shells holding an echo from the past. Today's Win Car not only has a diversity of supplies like a bigger store, but it still has a personal touch. This is a place that when hurricane winds and storm surges were about to wipe out the island, it remained open through the night serving desperate customers in need. This is a place that after the storm wiped it out, it somehow found the strength to rebuild and come back to life. You can't kill that human spirit. Even if you had walked in the place and bought nothing, you would have gained in spirit and appreciation. The little things do count. "

"What more can be said about the "1" shining star in Everglades City Florida. B4 Irma they were a staple of the community, after Irma completely devastated they came back like a phoenix from the ashes! They are simply amazing. Everything from Boat parts, Fishing gear, Hardware, Tools, Paints, lubes, just about anything, you name it, they have it. Not only is Trish and her mom a warm welcome, smiling face and great personality adding to the community, they together save locals thousands of dollars annually in fair pricing and avoiding a long drive to Naples. Take my word for it! They are amazing! Check with them b4 you leave town, you won't be disappointed!"
